Ruthie Ann is Patriotic with her red, white and blue USA beret over those long dark brown curls tied in lovely ribbons and her hat can be removed when she wants to be just a "Little Girl". Her red floral dress is pretty and her plaid skirt in tones of red, navy, green & gold are striking to say the least. Silk bloomers and a great vest along with navy blue leather shoes & red socks complete Ruthie Ann's ensemble. Hugging her Kuala bear she is looking forward to moving to her new home!
